As of September 2025, 15 youth co-researchers (YCRs) have completed over 90 youth-led digital arts-based mapping and interviews with youth across Canada.

In early September, the team met for sharing, reflective check-in, and celebration of the work so far. Youth participants bring diverse social identities (56.8% identify as a racial minority; over half identify as gender and/or sexual minority, 2S/LGBTQ+).

Based on demographics to date, our purposive sampling is focusing recruitment on younger youth (15-24 years), rural and remote youth, and youth outside of Ontario(!) for the fall, with plans to wrap-up recruitment by December 2025.
